Here are some of the websites that I look at frequently:
Having bought myself an Orange SPV e100 last year, I did a lot of surfing to find out about all the neat things that you could do with it. I found one very invaluable site: CoolSmartPhone. This is the ultimate resource for any Microsoft Smartphone user!
While searching for MS Smartphone info I also stumbled across Jenneth.info. This is the website that I probably look at most often. Jenneth also has a passion for all things gadgetty, and it was from this site that I was inspired to take the leap to a Pocket PC. Jenneth has recently become a Microsoft MVP. I find her site very informative as well fun to read!
The site that I look at most days to find out what is going on in the world is BBC News Online. I especially like the Technology section - to keep abreast of the latest innovations.
And of course, no list would be complete without this indispensable seach engine: Google.
