Me and my PPC
I am such a gadget freak! I love new toys, My Pocket PC is no exception. There is just so much that you can do with it. Since I had my PPC, I have been downloading software from here there and everywhere. Here are some of my favourites:
The pre-installed Calendar is OK, but it is nothing compaired to the newly released version of Pocket Informant. What can’t this application do?
Anti Virus is something that I am very conscious about as I work in an IT environment. I know that viruses for the PPC are almost unheard of but you never know what’s around the corner; so I downloaded the FREE PC-cillin for Pocket PC from Trend Micro.
Games are a must have on the PPC. My favourite has to be Bejeweled. I have heard so much about this game - IT REALLY IS THAT ADDICTIVE! (help!)
Also a MUST have is Monolopy. Most board games do not port well to the computer - especially something as limited as a PPC, but not in this case, this game works so well on a small screen.
PocketTV is another great product that every PPC user should have. Watch movies!! Just make sure that you have plenty of storage!
