PPC with GPS
MiTAC have released details of the first Pocket PC to have GPS already built-in.
The Mio168 has a fixed foldable antenna on the back of the device, has a 300MHz processor, 3.5″ TFT colour screen, 32MB ROM, 64MB RAM, SD/MMC slot and comes with Windows Mobile 2003.
They have also included accessories for your car to include car-recharger, rack and protective holster.
The spec makes no mention of bluetooth or WiFi, which could be a major minus to the appeal of the device as this is something that is becoming standard on most new PPC’s.
I like the idea of intergrated GPS, I await to see the prices though…
