DVD Censorship
Have the US gone to far with their censorship? Since Janet Jackson and her infamous ‘boob stunt’ networks have started to add delays to live broadcasts. Now this censorship has moved to home movies.
Big US Supermarket Walmart are to start selling DVD players by Thomson that can skip sexual content, graphically violent scenes and language deemed offensive. The technology called Clear Play costs $6.58 a month.
Expect to see them in Wal-Mart and Kmart in the next few months at a suggested price of $79.
