I recently switched my other-half to Orange and in the process of getting a new phone came across this great offer – 3000 FREE text messages a month on PAYG.
I have been thinking about this over the last week or so, since first seeing the offer, and I am quite tempted to switch my contract phone over to PAYG when the contract ends shortly. It would seem the sensible thing to do, as I text much more than I phone people..
The only problem with moving away from a contract is, that me being the gadget freek that I am, I won’t be able to get the latest handsets for next-to-nothing.. I must admit that there isn’t really any new handsets that I want at the moment, perhaps the new SPV C550 that is coming out soon or even a 3G handset, but they don’t offer much more that I already have with my C500..
So it may be PAYG after all…
