I ditched my N80 in the end and am now the proud owner of an N73. Doesn't have WiFi though, which I thought that I'd miss but as I have a great 3G tariff with inclusive net access it's only a minor downside. Plus it is a lot more compact than the N80...

I was also disappointed to discover that the UPnP features aren't compatible with a Mac. Tried everything - EyeConnect, TwonkyVision, but no joy.

If you do come across something that will allow me to share media between Mac and N80 via WiFi please let me know!

Meanwhile, here's a good tip- Opera Mini.

[...] Much like the Nokia N80, it would appear that Nokia are releasing handsets with buggy firmware. Lets hope that the issue is resolved by the time that Orange get to sell them. Tags: mobile, n93, nokia, smartphone, symbian. [...]

I was also unable to connect to my Mac via Wifi. uPnP also was a non-starter, although the N80 has this capability there isn't a great deal of software for Macs or PC's.

I have heard some mentions in forums that some 2GB cards aren't compatible with the N80, this may be an issue for you. It may be worth having a look in HowardForums?

Once more 3rd edition software comes out these handsets are really going to be the bees-knees ;-)

Sticking with my N80, main reason for the N80 was that I couldn't hold out any longer for the SE P990i... it has its quirks, but it's a great all-rounder. I don't have quite as many problems on mine as some others, possibly due to newer firmware. Also have a Mac, and cannot get the N80 to connect to it over WiFi, but Bluetooth is pretty speedy. Having issues with loading files onto a half-full 2GB MiniSD... I have no idea why they refuse to copy!

Anyway, the N93 is sure to impress, but for me, it lacks DVB-H and also a touchscreen, which is the one feature I hope the N80's successors include (It's impossible to highlight a single word on S60 in my experience!) Also waiting more software for Series60 3rd edition... I am hoping the sheer numbers of E-series and newer N-Series helps usher more software than SonyEricsson and others on UIQ...
