X-Series hits Australia

3G mobile Service Provider 3 just just rolled-out the amazing X-Series in Australia.

3 Australia launches X-Series

This is the second country in 3’s plans to roll-out the service across it’s networks worldwide.

X-Series allows the user to access services like Skype, eBay, MSN Messenger and Orb at Mobile Broadband speeds.

Currently supported handsets are the Nokia N73, Nokia E65, Dopod D810 and the LG U830. Check out the compatibility chart for more details.

Prices start at $20 for Silver, $30 for Gold and a new package not in the UK is Platinum at $40.

One exciting thing to note is that the Nokia N95 is listed as Coming Soon to X-Series on 3!
