It would seem that there is another addition to the v20.0.015 firmware update for the N95 released today:
After updating your device software to 20.0.015, and restoring your personal data, you can optimise the menu layout by installing the New_Menu_Structure.SIS file . This file will rearrange your menu layout specifically for SW 20.0.015. Reboot your device to see the menu changes.
Interesting, I wonder what this change brings, and why it wasnt included in the firmware? Unfortunately the firmware update isn’t yet available for my Carphone Warehouse N95 - so I cant see what the new firmware brings or what happens with the new Menu Structure. If somebody would like to try it and let me know..

Jade - the new Menu Layout will only work if you have upgraded the firmware of your handset to v20.0.015.

The new menu layout IS included in the firmware, but if you have backed up your data before the firmware update then restore it after the update, it also restores the OLD menu layout.
If you don’t restore your data, then this menu layout update isn’t required!

HI, IT DOESNT MATTER IF YOU HAVE MADE BACKUP OR NOT OR DONE A RESTORE, SIMPLY ONCE YOU HAVE UPDATED FIRMWARE TO V20, THEN INSTALL THE MENU.SIS.
IT JUST REARRANGES YOUR MENU, FOR EXAMPLE IT PUTS THINGS IN ORDER YOUR MORE LIKELY TO USE FIRST SO THAT WHEN YOU HIT MENU YOU HAVE GALLERY, NOW YOU CAN ALMOST ACCESS EVERYTHING FROM HER, PICTURES, MUSIC ,FILES OR FOLDER, SO IT JUST GIVE YOUS THE IMPRESSION ITS SPEEDED UP, YOU DONT ACTUALLY HAVE TO INSTALL THIS, WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO IS, EVERY DAY FOR SAY 4 DAYS, REMEMBER WHAT YOU USED MOSTYL AND HOW OFTEN, THEN WHEN YOU HIT YOUR MENU BUTTON ITS ON THE THING YOU WANT IT ON STRAIGHT AWAY, FOR EXAM,PLE ON MY PHONE, ON THE MAIN SCREEN, ON THE LEFT I HAVE MESSAGES AND ON THE RIGHT MY CONTACTS, WHEN I HIT THE MENU BUTTON THE FIRST THING IT HAS IS APPLICATION AND IT SITS ON MY ALARM CLCOK, BEACE EVERY NIGHT I USE MY ALARM CLOCK AND ITS JUST STRAIGHT FORWARD, NO LEFT NO UP NO DOWNS JUST, MENU ENTER,ENTER, TIME, ENTER, DO YOU GUYS GET WHAT I MEAN, IF YOU GO TO MENU AND CLICK OPTIONS YOU CAN MOVE EVERYTHING TO WHERE YOU LIKE JUST DO THAT.

BIG NOTE AND ADVICE TO ANYONE, IF YOUR PHONE ISNT UNLOCKED, THEN GET IT UNLOCKED BEFORE YOU DO A FIRMWARE UPGRADE, CURRENTLY N95′S ON V11 IS VERY STRAIGHTFORWARD TO UNLOCK AT SHOPS OR ANY PROFESSIONAL, BUT ONCE YOU MOVE TO 12 IT GETS HARD AS YOU CANNOT DOWNGRADE AND ITS PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLOE AND IF YOU HIT THE V20 UPGRADE YOUR TRULLY SCREWED, ALTHOUGH SOME PREFESSIONAL CAN FLASH THE PHONE AND POSSIBLY RESTORE IT, THEY MAY BRICK YOUR PHONE AT THE SAME TIME, AND SOMETIMES, THEY FORGET TO BACK UP FIELD LIKE 308 AND SOME LITTLE THING, AND THATS IT YOULL BE USING YOUR PHONE AS AN IRON IN THE MORNING, IT DOESNT MATTER HOW GOOD THEY ARE SMALL MISTAKE IS NEEDED, SO THE MORAL OF THIS STORY IS IF YOU NEED TO UNLOCK YOUR PHONE DONT UPGRADE YOUR FIRMWARE TILL YOU HAVE DONE THE UNLOCK!
