Sky Replace Viewing Cards
Satellite TV provider Sky, are starting to roll out new viewing cards for all of their 9.2 million subscribers. You should received yours within the next few months.

From time to time we need to replace your Sky viewing cards with brand new ones to ensure you receive a secure and up-to-date service.
When you get yours, just follow these simple instructions:
Replacing your card
- With your TV and Sky box turned on with the green light showing, simply pull out the existing card.
- Insert your new card into the same slot with the arrows showing on top of the card and the card pointing towards the box.
- Wait for a few seconds until you see the on-screen message.
- You’ll then see a message confirming your new card is working. Now just press BACK UP on your remote control to continue viewing as normal.
Sky have set-up a Sky Viewing Help site dedicated to replacing your Sky Viewing Card, giving more information on why the change, how to change and troubleshooting advice.
The viewing cards have been updated a few times since Sky Digital first launched in 1998, do you remember them?

I received 2 new sky viewing cards
No 1 card New 459 529 483 to replace old card No 290 914 720 [ it works good]
No 2 card New 459 529 509 to replace old card No 290 914 753 [ dont work] it show the free viewing channels only
the problem is the old card Number in the sky box is 290 914 746 and not 290 914 753
Please help asap

that every two minits that stop that chhanel no working and showing red in box is

i havent recived my 2 new sky cards yet and am still paying my bill but cant watch telly at all cause an information alert keeps coming up please help!
i have recieved two viewing cards about two weeks ago but not recieved the third one yet
i have recieved two new cards one works but the card for my hd box will not work its telling me its the wrong card the new card number is 422 574 194 to replace number 269 301 479 but the old card number is 321 334 310 and it still working for now but please help.

Changing cards have caused a month of issues and 8 hours waiting on the phone and very long complaint letter and still have only channels 1-4 onain box and no sky . tafter spending £100/month, we’re now fed up and going free freeview
Hi im Mary Nulty i hav not recieved my sky card i no people who are not with sky long and they have recieved there cards before me im jst wondering why i still have not recieved mine and when will i recieve it? Please reply to me asap
