Looks like Apple has finally given its blessing for XP and OSX to live in sweet harmony on their new Intel Macs with the release of Boot Camp. The Beta download is only availabe for a short period of time and is a precursor to the full product that will be part of the new OS Leapord due out at the end of this year.

It would seem that PC users are trying to emulate more and more characteristics of an Apple Mac as each day goes by. The latest is TopDesk - which is a Windows version of OSX's Expose.
If people want interfaces like that - why don't they just go and buy a Mac? You know that you want too really! Read More

I knew that I wouldn't be able to resist for very long.. I have now upgraded my Mac Mini from Panther to Tiger.
Not a very dramatic upgrade to be honest, OK Spotlight is neat, as are the Dashboard Widgets, but at the end of the day the relatively small enhancements to the other bits of the OS make the move from Panther to Tiger similar to a move from Windows 95 to 98. Nice but not earth shattering.
