According to Pocket Gamer it would appear that Nokia are to branch out their N-Gage games onto the home PC :
Pocket Gamer has learned that Nokia is well into development of this cross-platform game, codenamed 'Project White Rock'. Designed to run on both N-Gage handsets and PCs, the game will be an innovative step forward for mobile gaming, and a stark departure from N-Gage exclusivity.

Nokia have finally announced details of the much anticipated second-edition N-Gage. They have removed the MP3 player, made it smaller, added the ability to hot-swap games and have done away with the must jested side-talking.
The device features a smaller pocket-able size, Bluetooth, Hot swap MMC cards, 4096 colour screen, MMS, Email support, JAVA, XHTML browser, WAP, MIDI & WAV ringtones all based on the Series 60 UI.
There is no mention of the integrated camera that had been mentioned by other sites.
